Staying at The Place Seoul

'The Place Seoul' is a traditional Korean house with a small garden in downtown Seoul.

It is located right around the corner from the Changgyeonggung Palace, Insadong and Gyeongbokgung Palace in the vicinity. The building is a nice blend of traditional and modern elements.

During the daytime it is often used as a venue for meetings and photo shoots, but it won't disturb your stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest in the city, 'The Place Seoul' is the right place for you.

'The Place Seoul' funds and supports NGOS which support worldwide eco-friendly agriculture and healthy eating campaigns such as 'WWOOF KOREA' and 'Korean Slow Food Association'.

Cozy and Comfortable Hanok

The guest rooms are neatly kept and are furnished with air conditioning, heating, as well as free WiFi. Guests sleep on traditional futon bedding upon a heated wooden floor, with en suite bathrooms for some rooms.

Organic, Home-made Breakfast

We provide simple, healthy home-made breakfast to all guests: home-made organic bread (vegan), home-made organic yogurts, organic jams, seasonal fruits, organic soy milk, organic teas, fair-trade coffee.

All sanitary products used at 'The Place Seoul' are eco-friendly.

Easy Access

We are located near public transportations (bus and subway), so you can easily come from Incheon International Airport or go to other central places in Seoul.

'The Place Seoul' is located 7 minutes on foot from Bukchon Hanok Village, 2 minutes from Changdeokgung, and 15 minutes from Gyungbokgung and Insa-dong Street. By car, 'The Place Seoul' is located 15 minutes from Dongdaemoon and Myungdong, 1 hour from Incheon Int'l Airport, and 45 minutes from Gimpo Int'l Airport.

Cultural Experience

We are a part of Bukchon Hanok Village, so there are numerous cafes and restaurants in our neighborhood; unlike most parts of Bukchon Hanok Village, we are located in a quiet side of the neighborhood, so you will be able to take a good rest at night. Near us, there are many Korean monuments to visit, including Chang-deok palace and Gyung-bok palace!

● 1 days prior to check-in date or the day: non-refundable
